Cosmetic tattoo

Please see below on different cosmetic eyebrow tattooing techniques offered.

Feathered/Microbladed Brow

The Feather Hair Stroke Eyebrow Tattoo is the latest hair-simulation technique for beautifully natural-looking eyebrows! Delicate individual hairs that mimic real brow hairs and are meticulously crafted and woven together in the direction of your natural brow hair. This creates a softly feathered effect. The result is beautifully natural, on-trend eyebrows that are totally flattering to the whole face.

Combination Brow

For a bolder look hair strokes are created as well as a shading effect blended through to give a soft powder shadow effect through the brows.
This is the ideal brow for anyone who loves a bolder brow, as well as anyone that has minimal natural brow hair.

The Mist Brow technique is a soft airbrushed wash of colour, implanted in behind your brow hair. The mist brow is perfect for those that love the look of makeup in the brow, and can be as subtle or as bold as you wish. It is also the perfect choice to help to camouflage old faded tattooing.
Depending on your type of eyebrow growth, brow colour and skin type, you may be better suited to this very natural form of brow tattooing. The healed results looks very similar to our less permanent treatment ‘Henna Brows’ and will eliminate the need for eyebrow makeup as we have created background shading where you need it most.

Treatment Time
  • Your First Initial Cosmetic Eyebrow Tattoo visit will take approximately 2 hours
  • 1 Refinement visit (6-8 weeks later) generally takes 1 hour
  • Additional refinement appointments are charged at $100
Pre – Treatment

Please leave your brows as natural as possible prior to treatment.

Post – Treatment

You will be provided with aftercare products as well as detailed instructions to give you the best results.

You may experience some itching and light flaking for up to 5-7 days post treatment. Please do not pick as it may effect your results.

Brows will appear darker for the first week and will soften and lighten in colour as they heal.

Thick eyeliner is OUT and will only create unnecessary attention to the area as a tattoo. I only apply a very fine line that is nestled tightly among the lashes for a crisp finish. I do not cater to requests of ‘winged eyeliner’ or double thickness as pigments on the eyelid commonly migrate and blur in the future. Lash Liner gives the illusion of having thicker and darker lashes. It really makes the eyes pop with vibrancy. It is a completely painless procedure.
Top or Bottom $350, add on bottom liner $100

  • 1 hour

Please ensure there is no mascara on lashes prior to treatment and strictly no eyelash extensions

• You may experience some slight puffiness and flaking in the eye area for a day or 2.

• Pigment will appear darker and thicker straight after treatment. This is due to the redness of skin and freshness of the ink. However, pigment will lighten and shrink over a week.

• No mascara to be worn for 5 days.

Cosmetic lip tattooing is an option to have amazing lips 24 hours a day. It stops the hassle of having to reapply lip liner and lipstick, smudges on glasses and cups and lipstick bleeding.

The lip tattoo brings back the colour to your lips and defines the border line of your lips. Your lips will look like candy on the day, and soften as they heal to become a subtle, natural looking lip tint. Apply a little gloss or balm and your lips look kissable! A follow up appointment is conducted 6 weeks after your initial appointment to ensure the optimum result is achieved.

  • If you are prone to cold sores you may like to prep by taking lysine tablets for at least two weeks before tattoo and you will need to take Famciclovir tablets, both available from the pharmacy.
  • Lips will appear darker and brighter in colour which will then peel and lose up to 60% of the colour, for a nice soft and subtle look.
  • Pigment will slowly come back around week 4.
  • You may experience some bruising and swelling in the first 24 hours.

Saline Tattoo Removal is a natural approach to tattoo removal. It is the least invasive and less painful form of tattoo removal. A natural saline solution is implanted with a machine over existing permanent makeup or small tattoos. Implanting the solution into the skin breaks up the healed pigment. This process lifts the pigment out of the skin via osmosis. As pigment rises to the surface, a scab will form, and will fall off as the removal area heals, thus revealing a lightened tattoo.

How many sessions are required?

There are different factors that contribute to how many sessions are needed. In some cases, one session can remove a tattoo, but in most cases a few sessions are required for complete removal. After your first session, we will have a better idea of how many sessions are needed.

Will  It Hurt?

Everyone is different, with varying degrees of pain tolerance. But it would be misleading to say that you won’t experience any pain.  It’s a cosmetic tattoo, and I’m cutting/needling the ink into your skin.  However, I will be using a topical anaesthetic before the procedure.  After the first pass I add additional numbing agents that can then more easily absorb into your blood stream and take full effect.  After this point you should feel nothing except for pressure (similar to the dentist).  Is it worth the pain?  ABSOLUTELY.  If I can do it, you can do it.

Do we decide the style/shape together?

YES!  I’m not going to give you pencil thin, super arched brows if you don’t want them.  Or big bushy brows either.  My goal is to achieve the most natural looking shape for when you have no makeup on. I try to work with the direction and shape of any existing hairs as this keeps your brows looking natural and also makes for easier maintenance year-round.

Lip colour will be discussed in depth to help you decide on the perfect solution for you.

Can I bring in reference photos?

YES!  If you have a shape or colour in mind, please bring in a few photos so I know that we’re on the same page.  However, I want to give you the most flattering results for your face.  So please keep in mind that the results may not match the photo.

How long does a cosmetic tattoo take to heal?

They mostly feel and appear healed after the first week, however the skin will take about 6 weeks to be completely 100% healed.

Do I have to come in for the touch up appointment?

If you want beautiful end results, then yes.  I highly recommend it as I won’t know exactly how you’re going to heal. Some people end up with small patches where the pigment didn’t take properly.  If you want the final result to be perfect then trust me, attend the second appointment.
