At Dollhouse Beauty Parlor, we pride ourselves on offering the best in customer care. Please make yourself aware of our policies, which have been designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.

Age Requirement

The comfort and safety of our everyone in our salon is very important to us.

Due to the nature of some of our services, (cosmetic tattooing) for example; we can not have babies or children under the age of 13 to accompany parents to appointments.

All cosmetic tattoo services are restricted to 18 years and over.

Body waxing under 15 years of age requires parental consent.

Booking and Changing appointments

Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your reservation via phone, message or email

There is no need to arrive early, however if you are late for a scheduled appointment we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment and the full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.

Treatment Preparation

Please arrive at your appointment with clean skin. We provide refresher towels for you to use to freshen up with in private prior to waxing or tanning treatments. Your therapist will use warm towels to cleanse your feet before any massage and spa body treatments.

To prepare for tanning, exfoliate skin the night before and do not use perfumes, deodorants or moisturisers on the day of treatment. For all makeup and lash treatments please arrive without makeup. For standard polish pedicures, please ensure you bring open-toes shoes to wear home, as polish takes several hours to fully cure.


Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or music volume, please notify us of any preferences. Our qualified therapists are trained to respect your comfort and privacy. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Disposable undergarments are provided if required.


Due to our staircase and lack of lifts, Dollhouse Beauty Parlor is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchairs, prams or for some elderly or mobility-impaired guests.

We sincerely do apologise for this inconvenience.

Mobile Phones

To preserve the tranquility of our beauty parlor, we respectfully request that mobiles be switched to silent when you enter the building.


Whilst in our venue, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities, policies and the enjoyment of other guests. We operate a very positive, professional and loving environment.


All Dollhouse Beauty Parlor therapists are certified in their respective services. You will always be treated by a caring, qualified professional. All Dollhouse Beauty Parlor staff are female. Should your preferred therapist be unavailable on the day of your treatment, they will be replaced with an equally caring and qualified member of our team.


Prior to any treatment, please use our consultation forms to disclose your medical history, including any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, infectious diseases, skin conditions, allergies, and pregnancy. All information provided to us is strictly confidential and will be stored as such. If your health conditions have changed since first completing the forms, please advise us as soon as possible and prior to your next treatment to allow us to make the necessary adjustments. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please don’t be afraid to alert your therapist.


DOLLHOUSE BEAUTY PARLOR is not a medical centre and can not offer advice regarding the suitability or appropriateness of any of our treatments for any medical condition or compatibility with any prescription or professionally administrated medication. Any information provided by Dollhouse Beauty Parlor, should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice. We can refuse you treatment if we deem that any of your medical conditions may cause harm to you, our staff or other clients. You release Dollhouse Beauty Parlor, and its employees from all responsibility and liability for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage caused by the treatment if you misrepresent or fail to disclose your medical conditions or changes to your medical history prior to any treatment
